I ORDERED A 600.00 NOSE MASK BY PHONE ON JAN.20TH.DID NOT GET A SHIPPING DATE OR CONFORMATION. I HAVE SENT 3 E-MAILS AND HAVE LEFT 3 MESSAGES.THE CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER.nO WORD FROM THEM DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
I can't hear you. I think you said you ordered something by phone, but are emailing them. I think you said they aren't responding to your emails, even though they responded to your phone call. I don't think i know what you should do about that. You could probably stop shouting though.

I called the CC co.and the 600.00 bucks was charged to my account on the day of the order on jan 20th.No record of shipment/or order number. It could be in transit or not.Need them to respond to the e-mails and phone messages---
What happens if i win my dispute and the mask is in the middle of shipment or shows up at my door.
You file a suit and the merchant has several days (10?) to reply and supply the info you keep asking for. If everyone is satisfied with the reply the suit is marked as settled and it's no big deal. If the merchant fails to respond your CC will be credited and if the product shows you can do as you please. Consider it the penalty for shitty customer service. It's better to file a dispute sooner rather then latter as some are time sensitive.
FWIW- this is one reason I like using PayPal when available as filing a suit is the click of a button and answering two simple question.
The credit card company will catch up with you because the merchant will bitch to the cc company.
aint nutin’ free
Good luck.
That's not the way it works... worst case is you will have the option to pay for and keep the product... or... the merchant will ask you to return the product on their dime (ask for a preprinted prepaid shipping label).
One of my company's does over a million dollars in online sales a year and working with the CC companies resolving these issues is a daily occurrence.
Usually it never comes to any of this if the merchant is honest as the issue is resolved to everyone's satisfaction with a couple of emails.
