Help!
I saw these videos on YouTube of a corvette forum member. This car is insane for a c6!!! Wondering if anyone knows what forum member posted these on YouTube so I can reach out to them about the car. Trying to figure out the specs of the car and mods. Thank you in advance!!!

That video appears to be the Silver State Classic Challenge TSD road race run on Nevada Rt 318. See sscc.us
To find "Bill", you'll need to know the year and which event he entered, since the only thing you know now is that he drove a 2013 C6 (looks like a base car with silver paint) and his first name is Bill.

It doesn't take mods to do that with a 2013, I'm over those speeds when I had both my stock 2008 and my stock and current 2011. I'm now headers and a tune, but before it I saw high 180s regularly when out playing at 5 am with no traffic in the boonies, on roads I knew. Not smart to do, so I counted my lucky clovers and only do it on track days now.
The last time I was on a track day on the Daytona Speedway, I would hit close to 170 near the finish line before breaking. I have headers and a tune on mine.
If you want to see some good videos look up bez06 on the Daytona International Speedway for HDPE events. He passed everyone on track days, and generally drove about 20 mph faster than me at any point on the track. I enjoyed ride-alongs with him more than driving my car! Both in his C6ZR1 and his C7Z06.
