I’ve found a 2010 convertible with 28000 miles in Dallas Texas. They. Want 31000. Is this a good price. Is there any tidbits of wisdom about this year. Any help or response is appreciated.

Short answer is a year ago that car would have been over priced by about $3k or $4k, in the current market its probably reasonable for a Corvette in top condition that has zero issues and needs nothing.
Look at the tires and the date codes on the tires as new tires will set you back about $1200. If the tires are 10 years old it's probably time to replace them. Can also use that to negotiate.
A little more info would be helpful. Manuals usually bring a little more than automatics, which equipment group does the car have (2LT, 3LT, ect)? Cars with the Z51 package usually bring a little more money.
Absolutely agree with Iceaxe. Covid has put a premium on pre owned 'Vettes. As he points out, manual vs automatic, 3LT as opposed to 1 or 2 plus other options will help you determine if the price is fair.
Come back and tell us it's a GS with all the goodies so we can say you're getting a great deal!
