Default Base 2007 c6 help!

Hello everyone!

Was hoping someone could give me a hand on a few things.

I have a 2007, Base c6, auto. I have done the CAI, Tune, LG LTHeaders, LG x pipe and corsa exhaust. Dyno had it at 396 RWHP.

I was hoping to get it a little higher and have been looking at the Fast Intake 102/ NW TB and having them ported but I have one shop telling me it won't add any type of HP while I have read that it will def add some RHWP after a retune. Can anyone give me some feedback or has a setup where it did go up/no change at all?

Thanks!

That is about correct for the mods you have done. Headers only gain 35 to 40.

I don't know if the intake will help or not, but your current mods and dyno results are very similar to mine, we both have a 2007 which was the LS2.

Based on comments from other threads on this forums over the years, it has been my understanding that and intake upgrade on an LS2 does provide some power benifit and that the LS2 intake was under designed.

I however have no evidence of those statements and cannot find the forum thread that i remembered that from. I think it might have been the LS2 vs LS3 debate from awhile back, that was a very long thread that was many pages long and my memory isn't great.

How mild of a cam?
with a cam around 230@.050 the ported fast and TB will pick up around 25rwhp but will require a tweak to your tune.
the stock LS2 intake manifold isn’t very good
