I have had my differential drained and refilled two times on my 08 at a dealership and after a few thousand miles after service it starts the corner shutter noise again. The dealership say they are using the recommended GM diff. oil. Has anyone had this recurring problem? Thanks for comments, Jim

Buy some of the correct type AC Delco GM diff oil for your car then go to an independent mechanic and have it put in while you watch. Drive in a couple of figure 8s in the parking lot and in about 20 miles of driving the noise will be totally gone.
This statement comes from my own personal experience with my 05 'vette. I don't remember the correct AC Delco part number but I'm sure someone on this forum will know.
Mine did that many years ago (2005). I took it in and they did the fluid change plus a friction additive. The mechanic let me ride with him while he did some figure eights around the parking lot. I could feel the clunk/noise going away with each lap. Has been great ever since.

Yes & Yes with both my C6's had the shutter noise when turning right, now the 06 has 4,800 miles and the 08 has 15k miles, took both cars into the dealership last year had the differential fluid changed, as thier Corvette mechanic came out to do the figure 8's i asked him could the rear axle nuts be loose? He said No. I drove the car back home 60 miles and did figure 8's again as the fluid was warm , both cars seamed fine then were stored for winter so first of March 2021 i got them out for a drive and got the right turn shutter again. All 4 rear axle nuts was loose on both cars , i replaced with new axle nuts with loctite, torque to #140 and used the old axle nuts as extra lock nuts. Problem solved, thats the cheapest parts i ever bought.

If they used the correct fluid and did the figure 8's, then all should be quiet. Have you tried doing some figure 8's on your own, and see if that quiets down. As also mentioned, check the torque on the axle nuts. When I replaced my fluid, I also replaced the axle nuts with new ones and used the old nuts as a locking nut.
Good Luck
