Swapping 05 diff to an 07. Dropped the cradle with the axles still bolted in the hubs. This pic is of the drivers side. That's as far as it goes in and the suspension still bolts back up with the gap there. Not sure if it's normal to have that about 1/4" gap... the passenger side boot sits flush with the diff. If it's supposed to be flush only thing I can think of is removing the axle nut to move it further, but shouldn't have to since I never loosened it
