Gas Buddy is a good app. You can filter by fuel type so it will find e85 in the area. You can also put a trip in and it will show stations along the route. Helps to find lower priced fuel for your other vehicles when you are not just searching for corn.
Just curious, why would you want E85 in an older car such as a C6?
I live about 30 min from the Buc-ee's in southern AL off I10, they have 10 pumps that are 100% Ethanol free.
I use this gas exclusively for my truck/boat combination and for my 2013 427 every other tank.
In a boosted car such as my ZR1 or a supercharged GS or Z06, e85 allows for more timing (ie more HP) due to higher octane, better resistance to detonation and for it's cooling properties. You can expect about 15% increase in HP for boosted cars. If you add other go fast goodies, you can see even more. Plus it is way cheaper then race fuel or even 93 premium.

Excellent explanation, thank you!
Nothing I own is supercharged although my 2019 M2 Comp is turbo, I run 93 premium only of course.

Exactly. My C6 has a Vortech V-3 Si. Last dyno was 705 WHP. I am probably pushing the limit for a SBE. Detonation is the most prevalent problem when you are pushing. At 110 octane E85 is pretty much detonation proof. I am looking more for safety margin than for more power.
The supercharger has been on the engine for 9 years and has 14,000 or so miles so it is due for a rebuild. While it is being rebuilt I upgraded the bearings to ceramics and upgraded the volute to Ti. The impeller will be 7075 billet, with more bite (9/9) and better balance. With that and the bearings I can spin it to 62,000 RPM.
E85 is way cheaper than 110 octane race at $10 a gallon but on a miles per gallon basis probably not cheaper than Shell 93 which is what I burn now. It costs less per gallon but you get fewer miles per gallon.
I can drop the Meth too when I switch to E85.
