Just bought a 2007 base coupe. Have driven it about 1100 miles. I really like it, but think something is up in the rear. When you hit a bump, it feels like the rear of the car is going to the right. My guess was shocks and or bushings.i do not hear any clunking or rattling. Any thoughts on where to start? Thanks in advance.
You might also check the date codes on the tires. Mine did something similar and the original tires were old and the tread had hardened causing the car be unsteady in the rear-end over road irregularities.
I had some bumpsteer as well, it would sway to the left when hitting a bump or passing a car and going through the rumble strip on the center line. I had a 4 wheel alignment done when having my harmonic balancer replaced. This got rid of all of my bumpsteer. 81k miles. I also had no sounds or anything coming from the rear end.

What make & model of tire replaced the stock tires & are on your car now? How many miles on the car when you got it and how many have you put on it? If sports focused they are made with softer rubber for grip & performance and would begin to harden after this much time. My original tires were 4 years old when I bought the car in 2016 and the rubber had already hardened. You might consider new tires & of course have a PFADT Pure Street specifications alignment performed. Spec sheet attached.

I think I found the problem. I just bought the car, drove it 1,010 miles home. I had issues with tire pressure monitoring system. Checked the pressure yesterday and all were different. Set them at 32 psi, problem solved. I could actually tell the difference now when switching from touring to sport mode. Going to order new sensor's soon. Thanks for the help.
