Try a dry Teflon spray lube (goes on wet). The stuff is absolutely amazing for squeaks.
My Warnings.
1) Leaves a white film behind that on nonsmooth surfaces like cloth is nearly impossible to remove.
2) On surfaces that require some friction (like house windows) it can easily make the surface too slick.

Just be sure the noise is really coming from the dash. I have been fooled a number of times in trying to track down noises in my Corvette.
