Those are held on with a screw that the airbag covers up. So you need to disconnect the negative side of the battery and wait 10 to 15 minutes for discharge. Remove airbag cover but you don't need to unplug it. Now you have access to the screws that hold those covers on. Once you reconnect the battery don't forget to index the windows.
