I have had problems with my 2006 Corvette Navigation system playing music CDs. I just wanted to let others know that HI-Tech Electronics in CA can repair these. I have had to do some hunting to learn this. Some firms have closed and others don't work on them. I know that most will say aftermarket is a better option, but I like to retain the stock unit. Their Phone is 818-785-8085. www.hitechserv.com
Thanks for that info. Just hope I can find it again if and when I need it.
Glad I am not the only one who likes stock. OTOH, I just bought my 2013 in Feb 2021 and it was still stock. Some previous two owners never changed it.
I would say all browsers allow you to create and organise bookmarks so why not just bookmark this thread? Edit the bookmark so that it's clear as to what the subject is. Then all you need to be able to do is find the bookmarks.
Also I cured (for now) where the player couldn't read CDs by using a cheap CD player cleaner that you insert into the drive. It looks like a CD with brushes on it. Used it in the DVD NAV player too.
