Can an original owner of a 2013 list what was include with the documents that came with the car? Was there something called a driver hand book (not the manual) that came in a hard box as shown here? Also what packaging did the NAV DVD come in?

Yes, the Drivers Handbook came in the black box along with a thank you letter (form letter) from Chevrolet for the purchase of the car. If I remember correctly, the black box was not shipped with the car, because the letter in the box was addressed to me. That was something I received in the mail a few weeks afterwards. The NAV DVD came in your typical black plastic dvd box. The GM part number on the box is #22944166. If you Google that, you'll see examples on-line of what it looks like. Hope this info helps.

Not exactly a work of art, and the last release was 2016, at which point the maps were probably already a year out of date. Just get an empty case, and print your own copy of the label. Good enough for what it is.
You can find originals on eBay, but seems like they're in the $150 range. If you really must have an original, then post it up in the WTB section. Lots of folks have upgrade their head units, so I'm sure there are a few lying about.

Not the original owner but I got the handbook and all the other items shown along with a letter to the original owner from Chevrolet. I think that may have been specific to the 427 or 60th anniversary cars not all 2013’s
Just to be clearer, I'm asking for an original owner of a 2013 to list the documents that came with the car when they bought it.
2013 GS former owner here bought new at MacMulkin. The window sticker, two build sheets, a green eco sticker that was attached to the windshield, a tag hanging from the glove box and that other hanging thing in post #6 and the NAV cd in the case. The driver handbook in the leather case was mailed later as a gift with the congratulatory letter in it. I have a brand new one still in the plastic if you want to buy it.
