Most of the fluids won't need changed with only 32K but if you want to start fresh I'm thinking 350 bucks to have someone take out the old and flush the different components and add the new juice in..........

Call\email a few reputable shops and get estimates. Most shops charge about the same per hour and for the fluids so there shouldn't be too much deviation in cost. Unless you hit that one shop that charges the Corvette maintenance tax.
