I'm getting ready to put my C6 away for the winter and do some winter time projects. What are your Projects for this winter.

I store it this way. Start it up every two weeks or so. I also do deep cleaning. Change all the fluids. Take weight off the springs. Get the tires off the concrete. Have her ready for next season. It gets cold and rainy and snow here so it’s very much done for the winter. I wanted to hear what other guys were doing this winter.

For my winter projects I'm installing a GM style rear spoiler from RPI and install new cushion in the drivers seat. Besides the general detailed clean up. But now that I've seen your ride on the Quick Jack's my wheels are turning

Typically, I put mine up mid December. Besides cleaning it, waxing before putting on it's winter coat, i put it on jack stands and tighten all the body and suspension bolts accesible to assure that nothing has loosened over the running season.
I'm due for an oil change, so I will do that as well.
I changed out all the fluids last winter. I will change out the sway bar end links this off season.
This year, my only extra project is to sand my original lexan top, then get it clear coated by a paint shop. I had a spare top done this way a few years ago, and it turned out great.
I have stored it on the wheels since 2009, air pressure at 40psi without any adverse affect. I replaced my OEM shocks for Bilsteins a few years ago, changed out the brake pads once, still on the original rotors (still in spec) after 110,000 miles.
Here is where it sits for the winter, tied to a Battery Tender Plus from Dec-April.

I did the B6 as well. Painted the calipers 51500 miles and replaced all four rotors and brake pads. Replaced the factory Nav with a Pioneer head unit/front and rear cams / Nextbase dash cam / ZR1 rear spoiler. New Continental Extreme contact sports. Got rid of the run flats. Best thing I ever did. I’ve got a set of Denso wires and A/C plugs. Replaced the air filter @50000 made a big difference. Idles much smoother.

About the starting it every 2 weeks part. Unless you're going to drive it until the oil reaches operating temps and can boil off moisture produced by the combustion process, just let it sit. You'll gain nothing from srarting it and since most of the wear on an engine follows a cold start, you're actually doing more harm than good. https://www.sae.org/publications/tec...ontent/600190/
