Default Finely did it!

Finely did it, bought my first vette! It’s a 2007 coupe, Machine Silver metallic, auto, Z51 3LT with Titanium interior, 31,000 miles. Can’t wait to get it home and fill up my garage again. Now I’ll have all winter to do some mild modifications. 😀

Since you got a fine vette....will let you get away with "finely"

Welcome to the '07 club. "Finally" someone who didn't need to be convinced to get an LS3.

1st Vette is the greatest feeling....especially when it's a C6; my first was a 1994; still great and cool in 1997 but nothing like you just picked up. Enjoy!!!

I have been looking at battery tenders. Should I get that one from GM that plugs into the lighter or are there more efficient ones out there that I haven’t found and work just as well.
oh, the fun begins

Really nice car, seriously nice. One bit of advice. Yes, it will be winter, with lots of time to kill. I would not do any performance mods until I drove it for at least a thousand miles. It's your first Vette, and you don't know what you have until you drive it for awhile. A lot of new owners come on here with modded cars and can't figure out why the car now throws codes, or idles rough, "gets squirrely when turning" (my favorite), won't pass smog, and many others issues. Drive it awhile before you mod it...just my advice.

Good luck, and enjoy the ride,

I bought a Battery Tender Jr from another forum member when I bought my 07 Base in 2017.
I use the slot in the drivers door and plug into the power source under the HVAC controls.
Congratulations on your new C6
