Since the oil pump in the LS/LT engines is driven directly off the crankshaft - as opposed to being driven off the camshaft in the SBC and BBC - is twice the volume of oil being pumped through these engines?
The pump designs are much different so not sure. Also I think the camshaft gear is twice as big / tooth wise so then I think gets the pump to spin the same as the crank again.
Short answer is no in stock form, but increasing the amount of volume that the stock pump will move can be done by porting it, while increasing the pressure it will push can be increased by increasing the tension on the blow off piston spring.
Good video on how to center the pump when installing it.
To add, the old Sb and LB oil pumps were pretty much bolt in place with indexing pins, while on the LS/LT motors, you have to index not only the oil pump, but the timing cover.back cover as well, since they do not have locator dowel pins.
