Reputable dealers do not take "orders" for a future unannounced car for which they presently have absolutely no technical or ordering information.
Some dealers have established "waiting lists". If a dealer has such and wants a deposit to be placed on the list you should receive a sales contract, which states your numerical order on the list, an approximate time frame relative to C6 announcement date of when you can order your car, the approximate time frame relative to C6 introduction that you can expect your order to be delivered to you, and a pricing algorithm based on MSRP.
If a dealer accepts you on a waiting list with no deposit, you'll just have to assume he will contact you when your name comes up at which point you can enter into a negotation with no guarenteed outcome.
