Default SERVICE ACTIVE HANDLING errors....

Hello, I've read most of the posts for the the C0161 error code from the past, seemed nothing was really firm as far as the cause. So I was hoping someone has had the same symptoms as I have and can offer help. I get the error very intermittently, sometimes once a month, other times 2x a week. I can clear the error by turning the car off and back on. When I get the error, the brake lights come on and stay on. But they will go off if I put the car in park, then back to drive. But as soon as I hit the brakes again, the brake lights stay on. The brake position sensor was replaced about 6 months ago, but I'm pretty sure i was having these errors before that. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Error code numbers would help, but check the spark plugs wire on the both the plug and coils above, to make sure one is not coming loose/popped off it connection.

Hence spark plug coming off the coil or plug, will throw all kinds of codes to begin with.
