So I found out my tail lights doesn't work and as to why the contacts has corrosion on both the bulb socket and the female connector on the harness. I already replaced the harness but this brake light socket isn't sold with the harness so I was wondering anyone here has any source to buying them?
FYI already tried Napa, summit, AutoZone, O'Reilly's. I did some homework prior to posting.
Already tried all that. The eBay one would of worked but it's out of stock as well. The one you have listed for AutoZone and summit are the ones I already tried prior to posting. The tabs do not line up with the tail lights so they can't twist and lock.

Well hell, you wouldn't think it would be that much of a hassle to find one.
Almost impossible to find these OEM , Corvette mods does sell a pig tail that you have to cut into the harness for like $10. eBay does have 3or4 different sellers , selling full tail light assemblies set of 4 w/the sockets grab sockets and then sell lenses or just keep the extra lenses because the little tab breaks if you breath on it will break and they have discontinued the m also (all plastic just dries out and become brittle) Good Luck 🍀 that is what I did not wanting to cut into the rear harness but kept the extra lenses . You could sell lenses all day long for $60 or $80 and you would get the sockets that you’re after .
I just went through this. They are hard to find. I was able to get a used OEM part from another member here after listing in the WTB section. You might try that.
The Summit part linked above was recommended in a different thread; the electrical connection is the same but it WILL NOT fit the housing. Maybe with some dremel work it could fit.
This is a link to a pigtail someone else recommended, but you'd have to splice it in. It's what I'm doing if any of my other ones go bad. I haven't tried it personally. https://www.autozone.com/electrical-...882/228406_0_0

I can confirm that this part fits the stock housings and works, though it doesn't have a positive stop like the factory socket. All I mean is that with the factory socket, you twist and it stops; with this one, I feel like I can twist it past where you think it would stop and it can come out again. I don't think it would be a problem in actual use.
