Default Two projects complete

I took advantage of the winter storm here in Arkansas to tackle two projects that I was a little nervous about. Most of my projects turn out fine but the occasional mistake annoys me. I was well researched on here and dove right in…
1) My front splitter (plastic) was scraped up pretty good. Wait a minute, you guys want me to take sandpaper to it? Well, I’ve learned to trust you guys so okay. I started with 320 wrapped around a sanding block in a small area, then some 600, then put some plastic and trim restorer and it looked great. So, I proceeded to all the areas that needed it. It looks awesome!
2) I had read on here that the dash speaker was basically a mono, useless, piece of crap. Well it’s actually a pretty good magnet. I was hesitant to pop the grill out, I’ve broken tabs before on other cars and hate that. I actually found a picture somewhere on here of someone’s dash grill upside down that shows the tabs (gracias, sir). I just went slow and easy with a good plastic, prying tool. Disconnected the speaker, put everything back together (I put the speaker back in, didn’t want a hole there) and it really does sound better!

What’s the point of all this? If you’re like me and hesitant to DIY, just do your research, and go slow. You guys rock!
Sorry ahead of time, too lazy to take pics.

Nice work, though we need some pics

I typically get the job done, but congrats tackling it.

Interesting on the speaker, never thought it might detract acoustics
