Default C6 Corvette misaligned window.

My 05’ coupe’s driver and passenger windows are both misaligned in the front corner of the side windows, they don’t quite reach the rubber seals and there’s a lot of wind noise. Every other area of the window closes fully and reaches the rubber seals.
-Let me say that it is not an indexing issue, and it’s not a tilt in/out issue. I’m just unsure of how to fix.

Driver side window corner

You can see that it doesn’t reach the seal

I haven't fixed door glass fit on a C6 Corvette, but normally what you do is take the interior door panel off so you have access to the glass and regulator, then loosen where the glass is attached to the regulator assy, then, with the door closed, use the power window switch to raise the glass all the way up to the weatherstrip so the glass self-aligns with the weatherstrip. Then, while the glass is still in the full-raised position, re tighten the glass-to-regulator bolts. However, if your problem is due to misalignment or damage within the door, this procedure won't help.

I know you said that you haven’t done it on a C6, but with the glass loosened, could I tilt the actual window so that the corner is higher, therefore reaching the weatherstripping? Or do you think I have to raise the whole window as a whole?

Raising the glass by hand will not ensure proper fit against the weatherstripping. You need to use the power window switch to raise the regulator and glass together to get a self-aligned fit against the weatherstripping.

I also have never aligned the side window glass on a C6, and the information you have been given to date is accurate. But one method I have found that makes everything much simpler is to use two large suction cups to fit the window exact. This eliminates any trial and error. Just attach the suction cups to the window, loosen the window attachments, move the window into position and tighten the window attachments.

The suction cups are available at Harbor Frieght for $5.
