jacking points
Where on this photo would the jack go exactly to lift the front of the car?

Look at the a arms where they meet the cradles front and back.
So you can either use 2X6s on top of the floor jack Front and back will be different lenghts), or get a floor jack top support to span that distance, so you can take the entire end up at the same time.

So front end up on the ramps so you have room to get under it later, start with the back end to take it up, then use floor jack stands to secure it up, drop the floor jack and go to the front and take the front up, install the floor jack stands on the front end, and now it safely up in the air.
As for the jacking puck points so the floor lift does not damage the lower skirt,

Pick a point either front or back, since you jack the car up via one of these points, the entire car that side is going up in the air (yes, the suspension with sway bars is that stiff).
So the set of 4 pucks that you want to leave in the car, is really for when you take the car to a shop, they do not have pucks or thir lift does not have raised point to not damage the lower skirt when they take the car up, so they can just use your jacking pucks to get the car in the air on the lift.
Skirt damage from shop not having pucks, and trying to lift the car via the skirt surface that is lower than the jacking points.

Note, we call them jacking points, but really are the strap tie down points for shipping the car. So GM installs shock limiters on the shocks so they can use the jacking points to pull the car hard down on the limited shock to ship the cars (why the jacking points have the slots, so the pull down straps can lock into the slots).
Shock limiters that are installed the shocks to ship it from the factory, which the dealer removes during his prep on the car to sell it (it least more of the time they remember to remove them).
