generally people say they ride louder and tougher than non run flat tires.
that said, I’ve always kept runflats on my Vettes as I value the security of mind of not becoming stranded after picking up a nail (which is quite common with 295/335 width wheels in my area)
I picked up 7 nails in 4 years in my c5 and already one in the first 2 weeks of ownership in my c6 GS. If I hadn’t had run flats it’s likely I would have been stranded in each instance.

When I bought my car in December of 2012 It had Michelin run=craps on it. There was a nail in it and nobody wanted to do the repair kept telling me crap about not having the proper machine to get the tire off. Bought my 1st set of SS tires and never looked back. Haven't had a flat since. Just smooth comfortable driving. My New Continentals seem to be the equal the my PS4S. Went thru 2 sets of them. Will see how long the Conti's last, at least until the PS5S comes out next year.
