I just ordered & received replacement rotors (front & rear) for my 2013 GS from the following ebay vendor:
Brake Motive
For Chevy C6 Z06 Grand Sport Front Rear Drill And Slot Brake Rotors
Item ID: 293464093851
They are both slotted and drilled & directional, which Chevy did not provide as a stock option. They are also fully zinc plated to reduce rust.
I decided to order these based on several forum members vouching for the product. I have not yet installed them as I am still shopping for the brake pads to perform a full brake replacement.

I bought the same, as well as powerstop z23 pads. Have about 50 city miles on the combo and I’m very happy so far.
I'VE USED BOTH P-STOP AND BRAKE MOTIVE, on trucks, suv's, and both my vettes. Good quality, good prices, never any issues. Drilled/slotted, and coated...very nice brakes.
This https://www.summitracing.com/parts/PWR-K1445-26 is what I put on my '11 GS. Plating has held up well for 4 years, and I took care to bed in the pads according to the manufacturer's instructions. Not much brake dust and impressive stopping power, at least IMO.
Have any of you used the Brakemotive pads included with their rotors?
i have a set for my 07 Base being delivered today but I'm not sure if I will go with Brakemotive pads or not. I'd rather not do the job twice.

Let me have your input on rotors front/rear for 2011 GS. Size?
GS and Z06 both use the same brake pads and rotors (J56 Brakes)
As "RoadGlide15" and "buckmeister2" mentioned ... get a set of Brake Motive rotors
1. They are both drilled and slotted
2. As with almost any rotor sold today (to include GM rotors), the rotor blanks are manufactured in China ... but the Brake Motive rotors are all final machined here in the USA
3. These rotors are zinc coated, so the rotor 'hats' won't rust like the GM OEM rotors
4. Very reasonable price
Front Rotors: BM5018013585. . 355mm (14.0") Diameter

Check out any high performance purpose built racing car. No holes, many slots.
Got Brakemotive pads/rotors. For the price you cant go wrong.
I don’t think the factory would put drilled rotors on a car if they in any way affected integrity.
Drilled and slotted rotors are unnecessary unless you track your car.

Oh it does 100%... but nothing us plebs need to worry about >< add another 1000 hp and 4+ hours of the track and MAYBE it would matter.
I do want to say carful with that advice tho. Years ago i caught myself on a mountain pass with some serious brake fade, its a steam roll effect once you get the fade you cant slow down, so you need to brake more, but you cant slow down ect ect. For what felt like 20 minutes i was just FLYING down this mountain until i got control, pulled over and sat for a while. Changed over to slotted rotors and never looked back and never had a problem.
