If you already have the standard speakers, avoid the bose stuff. To answer your direct question i cant say for certain but without installing the bose amp as well I would think not. That being said since you have the base speakers look into aftermarket speakers, theyll out perform the bose anyway

Is there something wrong with your speakers, or are you just looking to improve the sound? If looking to improve sound the best bang for the buck is replacing the 3.5" speakers in the doors
