Are C6 auto shifter assemblies interchangable?
Hey there. So the 06' Vette I got 6 months ago has a pretty crappy shift assembly. the **** is busted off and the release solenoid fails to do it's job at random, so needs replaced. My question then is, are the different years all interchangeable, or do I need a specific one? I called a Corvette shop nearby and asked them about it, and they said they weren't sure, but from the ones they had in stock, it "looked" like they were all the same, except for the boot and *****.
My main reason for asking is that I found a centenial parts combo with the shifter assembly, and would be a nice upgrade for my interior.
