I have a set that are cast Z06 replicas on mine and the tire monkey at America's tire broke a 3 inch part of my wheel off with a tire iron. I will never buy cast again, but the deal on these was too good to pass up. In any case, I was able to have the wheel repaired for $125, so it can be done but, the damage on your wheel is considerably worse than mine was, so I'm not certain it should be repaired. Might want to cut your losses in the interest of safety, but consulting a wheel repair tech about your wheel might be your best bet.
The 11" wide wheel that you say you are looking for is very odd size. Are you sure they are 17" by 11" wide? Have you removed the tire and actually measured the width of the wheel?
The tire size in the pictures are 305/45R17 and according to the MT website, it says it fits wheels 9.5" wide to 11.5" wide.
I would check with a wheel repair shop to get their opinion. Since that is a cast wheel I don't think that can be repaired.
I would cut my losses and find a new set. It may technically be repairable but I wouldn't trust driving on a cast aluminum wheel that was repaired down into the bead seating surface like that. Cast aluminum is brittle, with a grainy metal structure that is difficult to properly perform a weld repair on.
