Sorry for my english
If you are opening the door and the accessories are not powering down (including the radio), best guess would be that someone put an after market radio in the car, and did not use the correct after market radio module adapter in the car. Hence radio is wired in to main constant power, and the accessory wire off the raadio, is back feeding the rest of the cars accessory wiring.
So on the correct after market radio module adapter, it gets the signal from the BCM when the door is opened like the other modules, to kill the power to the radio to put it into sleep mode as well. As for figuring out what after market radio adapter is needed, you can use Crutchfeilds web site to plug in your car and options, select any radio, and it will tell you which after market radio module adapters will work.

And, as stated by the other post, make sure that the BCM is showing to be in the off position when you turn the car off, and not stuck in the ACC or run mode with motor off, by pushing and holding the bottom of the starter button too long instead.
Hence to kill the motor, should only take a quick touch at the bottom of the starter rocker button, and not having to hold it in for any time isntead.
