Charging system
Has anyone seen or had this issue?
In my case it ended up being either the fact that wires to the starter were lose, and dirty, or the starter solenoid itself. In either event I broke the head of the starter solenoid when attempting to tighten those wires due to how dried out it was.
long story short, it was lose wires or a bad solenoid. Replaced the starter and solenoid and have not had an issue since.
here’s the thread I started regarding the issue:

The electrical systems in these cars are complex, and have all sorts of strange failures/gremlins from seemingly unrelated sources. Never know. It could be an easy wire tightening fix.
There was no abnormality until a while ago, but recently, in the summer, there was a strange symptom that suddenly fell to 11v and then went up to 14v again.
The symptoms occurred for about two weeks, so I replaced the start motor and the battery, but the symptoms continued to appear.
It was a pre-alternator symptom before the alternator failed.
The symptoms continued to appear for about two weeks, but on the last day, it no longer went up from 11v to 13v, and 11v continued to appear.
I went to the maintenance shop in a hurry and the alternator broke down. So the symptoms disappeared after being replaced with a new alternator.
I've been using it for about a year and it's already broken
I visited the shop to repair the alternator and opened it, and the contact part was burnt and melted.
I am disappointed that the Mechman alternator is only this durable.
I couldn't get the AS because this is Korea. So I sent an email to the person in charge and asked him to let me buy a regulator because I would repair it here, but he was rejected.
The symptoms of your car are the same as mine. Get it repaired before the alternator is completely broken.
I envy you who can receive AS.
I hope you get good results.
