Can I switch out my C-6 run flat tires to comparable conventional tires.

Is this a serious question? LOL.

How long have you had your C6? What is the dates on your tires? Are the tires worn out? Go to Tire Rack and enter your car information and determine the best tire for you and your budget.

It's that easy. You can ask for opinions and get hundred's of answers. As Mike said, there are thousands of threads on this. Do some reading.
