I have purchased lots of parts from Zip......and service has been excellent. Returning parts is very simple, and they have always done the right thing. Just remember that although Zip sells alot of parts.....they don't really manufacture many that I know of....in fact, most vendors are all selling the same stuff, made by different companies. There are few things that certain vendors manufacture, but for the most part, it all comes from the same place.
