Default 4LT dashboards

I purchased my 2013 Grand Sport new off the showroom floor and it has the 4LT interior. It was built on the last day of production and was one of the last dozen or so to be built in the 2013 model year. I am sure they were using up the last of the production parts and the drivers side upper door piece had a large line of glue under the leather that was very noticeable. It looked kinda ugly and I asked about getting it replaced but the fit, finish and color was very good so I just let it go. I have owned the car for 10 years now and the glue line gradually disappeared over the years and is no longer visible at all. This tells me that the glue holding the leather door piece in place disappears over time. I think that hot temperatures and direct sunlight speed the evaporation process but it’s just a matter of time till they all come loose. The dash on mine is still in new condition but for how long?
