Question cable behind hatch area
2007 z51 coupe. There is release cable going thru from the
inside tub behind the hatch area to the other side of the tub on the passenger side between the inside tail light and the license plate area. Looks like you would have to remove the inside tail light assembly to get to it. It doesn't appear to be part of the hatch mechanism. I had the carpet back looking at my hatch locking mechanism and saw it. My keyed lock apoears to be broken as well. It won't turn. Ay help or advice for an old guy appreciated.l
