Default “Winterization” routine

I know this doesn’t apply to everybody due to regional differences. But, for many of us, the beginning of November marks the end of the cruising and show season. Time to put her up for the winter. I still start her once a week and drive her on the occasional warm day during the winter, but I still have a winterization routine. I always do a super good cleaning, change the oil, clean the battery posts and connectors, add fuel additive, put the tender on and add 5lbs extra air to the tires. I also work on my wish list for upgrades I want next. What’s your winter routine?

As a southern TN resident, I avoided driving my Vettes 3 or 4 days a winter when it snowed. But all of my Vettes were pretty low mileage cars.

My routine is similar.
Increase air in tires
Clean inside and out - wx exterior
Place bounce sheets in the vehicle front and hatch area.
Oil change and filter change if required.
Add fuel stabilizer
put in on battery tender
put the car cover on.
Make a list of thhing to dop over the hibernation period which always includes tightening all the body screws and bolts.
Put on jack stands and clean wheel wells, and underbody to some degree prior to end of hibernation.
