Default Anyone recognize these fasteners?

The chin spoiler on my GS was nearly torn off and severely scraped up by one of the previous owners. I bought a new one and went to install it yesterday. I found these two fasteners in the middle of the spoiler. I remember when I had it at the dealer right after I bought it, they said they reattached the spoiler. I don’t know how to get these ones off. Anyone seen these before? If so, please clue me in.

They kinda look like a plastic rivet to me, I'd say just drill them out and replace them with some push pins.

They’re rivets, need to be drilled out or snipped off with a pair of side cutting pliers

Don't recall these being an OEM item. I have never seen these on any C-6 that I have worked on.

The OP said he recalls the dealership having attached the spoiler back on. I think they riveted the piece because the retainer zone was broken.

To OP, remove as pop rivets. I drill the center.
