It’s now at USORDA.
According to Google, USORDA is the sorting/customs clearance center in Chicago.
Odd that it came in JFK and then went to Chicago.
Good thing though is that its made it to our shores.
Regarding the pieces….still not sure if it’s just the bezel that separates from the passenger side AC vent or the bezel and the vent housing that gets replaced.
Seems simpler to just pop of the existing bezel and snap on the new one.
Thing is I don’t want to damage whatever (clips?) keeps the bezel attached.
I replaced my passenger vent bezel with one from tko. I ended up breaking the tabs on mine. I ordered another complete vent assembly from ebay for 30 bucks. The vent locks into the bezel just like it does on the driver side. There is a plastic ring on the passenger side that is just held in the dash by friction. The vent assembly slides into it. That plastic ring has tabs that lock the vent assembly into the dash. That's what breaks. Even after having it apart I don't know how to get it out without breaking those tabs.

I've removed the passenger vent several times and it just pops out with a trim removal tool as one piece. You can then remove the inner piece (with the slats) from the outer section. Just gently pry where the tabs are one at a time.

my inner piece stayed in the dash. Took quite a bit of force when I replaced it. I'm comfortable removing plastic with a trim tool. I thought I was gonna damage the dash when I pulled it out.

That's interesting, I've not had that happen any of the times I've removed mine.

Mine shipped out a full month prior and no activity on the tracking ap since Feb. so I believe it is lost.
This happened a couple of years ago with a watch band I ordered from China.
I guess I'll add Russia to the list of countries I'll never buy from again.
At least I only lost $51.

It would appear that it is in fact lost.
Have you contacted Vasily?

He is the shipper and can file a claim if it is lost.

Getting closer!
Pieces are now in Birmingham, AL.
Next stop (I hope) should be West Palm Beach.
Then up the road to Port St Lucie.
At long last love!!

I am jealous. My wheel and air bag are still being made in Russia. Trying not to think about it too much. Hoping it ships early May.

I feel your pain!
Vasily shipped my pieces on March 4th.
Only consolation is the quality of his work makes the wait bearable!!

Got my parts yesterday, took exactly two months which is what he said. Worth every penny and worth the wait, parts came out perfect.

You really can’t beat Vasily when it comes to quality!!
Before doing business with him, I ordered pieces from another vendor.
Very disappointing to say the least!!
My pieces are now in Miami.
Should be one more stop before getting to my PO for delivery.

I sold the car while I was waiting for it. It was just a shifter cap that I will keep if I decide to buy another C6.
