Curb Alert

Has anyone bought this and how do you like it. New car finally arrived and was thinking of getting this.

Curb Alert

Bought this car a 2012 Grand Sport , was thinking of getting a curb alert. Has anyone installed a curb alert and does it work as advertised

Yes, I bought one of those, but it's an '11, and I like it a lot. Same color (I think), but mine's in focus.

after I crunched front of my Z51 C7 I installled teh Curb Alert and wished I had done it before the munch!
Will put one on my C6 ASAP, like when I get rid of long Covid.....if ever. : - (

I bought one for my ‘10 GS and love it….very easy to install. Mounted mine on the top of the grille opening, I would recommend using a piece of Gorilla Tape instead of what comes with the kit. The biggest thing is getting the adjustment angle right but thats easy enough….just get a friend to stand in front of the car, pull up to them until youre about a foot from them….then tighten up the adjustment screw

I installed one on my Grand Sport and works well after adjustment. However the video I saw with the installation had me remove he fuse for the heated seats and utilize that spot to plug in the fused replacement stating the the seats would still work. Not the case. Was not working with the seats. Curb alert works but not the seats. Any suggestions?

I see eckler's still advertising them here. Seems kind of pricey though, but worth it to save the car..
