Default Vendor Introduction: Lethal Design Solutions

Hey Corvette Forum! Some of you may already know me as StayinStock (I plan to keep my personal account separate). About a year ago myself and a friend of mine launched Lethal Design Solutions. We started out vinyl wrapping cars, and since then have grown into a lot of other things I think can benefit the Corvette community. We have the ability to 3d print custom parts, Cerakote just about anything you can imagine on a car, do graphic design renderings of vehicles and logos, design and print vinyl stripes and graphics, and hopefully soon laser engraving and cutting (think custom emblems, dash plaques, ect.)

We already have a few c6 parts in the prototype stage that we're working on perfecting now including a Cupholder delete that includes a gauge pod and customizable switch panel placement, and an ashtray delete panel that will be customizable as well.

Need a set of headers Cerakoted? send them our way! Interior pieces? Yep those too!

With access to exact measurement templates of any vehicle from 1999 on we can design and cut custom decals and graphics for your ride.

Full vehicle wrap? if you can get the car here we can change the color! (Located an hour Northwest of Washington DC)

Need a logo or custom graphic or even a digital rendering of your car/project. We got you covered!

This is just the start, lots of exciting products and possibilities on the way! Have an idea or something specific you're looking for. Hit us up!

www.lethaldesignsolutions.com (bear with us on the website, its a work in progress, but all the important info is there as well as the store where the c6 items will be added upon completion)

Below I'll throw in some photos of some of the things we're working on for the C6 platform currently. If you have any questions, feel free to DM us!

Look forward to being a part of this community and bringing exciting new products for these platforms to market.

Cupholder Delete Gauge/Switch panel. (Switch placement and size is fully customizable and done per order)

Our ashtray delete panel in basic form. These will also be completely customizable per order.

A little bit of Cerakoting we recently finished up:

Lots more to come! Stay tuned and please hit us up with any enquiries!

Your build and set up is truly epic. I'm sure ill be a future customer. It's really cool to see someone still innovating with the C6.

Very soon, verifying the fitment on a few more things and we should have the cupholder deletes added with the addition of the ashtrays shortly after.

Best of luck on ventures. I’m sure I also will be a future customer, actually I did buy something off you, it was just something you hadn’t made.
All the best.

So we have a few more things to add to our prototype list.

Currently working on some of the following:
-Left and Right gauge cluster pods for 52mm gauges
-GM Flex Fuel Sensor bracket
-A fog light bezel that would double for air ducting as well as mounting a to be determined LED foglight (will work for base and widebodys)

Also something we need a little help with. Anyone in the Northern Virginia/DC/Maryland area with a C7 that would be willing to work with us for designing some products. If you have one, or know anyone that would be willing, let us know.

Sounds interesting! Any progress? Not much on the web page still.

I think you mistake me trying to give good info to a potential buyer as hate for 05s... I have no hate for 05s regardless of their issues. Either way a vendor thread is no place to debate that.

Looks neat. Are you planning finished products to be ABS parts printed on an FDM style printer or is that just for the prototyping?

For now most of our 3d Printed parts are either ABS or Carbon infused PETG. We're working on adding process every day though and hopefully will be able to do injection molding soon. Admittingly we're a little behind on our Corvette console projects but the cupholder delete is very close to being sale ready. We've been slammed with vinyl and Cerakote stuff here lately but things are leveling back out and we should have some updates soon. Another project in the works is a reproduction C6 Grand Sport side badge (minus the branding).

Do you guys do roof/halo wraps? (I’m assuming so, but some places focus more on whole vehicles and either upcharge or decline smaller jobs) I’m in the Baltimore area, but wouldn’t mind the drive out to have a fellow corvette owner do the roof wrap on my Z06

We do! I actually work with a detailer in Severna Park so im out that way occasionally. Our shop is only about 20 mins west of Frederick MD though if you want to bring it to us. Usually can knock that job out in about 2 hours. Z06 roof seals can be a bit tricky. Shoot us a PM and we can set something up!
