My car came with this bra and in Texas we are required to have front license plate. It looks like there is a cut out or holder in BRA but would like to be sure before I cut anything. The lower plate was a sto and show and it is dragging everywhere so i remove it.
Here in NY we are required also to have a front plate. I have it mounted mine between upper and lower bumper air intake area centered. Your bra license cut out is way to high up IMO.

@sirdano Many states require a front plate. IMO just run without it. The front plate completely ruins the front of a C6. I'd rather get a ticket for it than run the front plate. For what it's worth, I've never gotten pulled over in any of my Vettes and I haven't run a front plate on any of them.

True a lot of other fellow vettes run without them but the ticket is 130.00.
