How?!!
It's up to each individual what they want from a vehicle. Some only to sit at car shows, other driven a few times a week or month, etc. I have a friend with a 2008 Z06, with super low mileage. , He replaced the heads for Big$$. The only time it sees sunlight ( I mean the car cover does) is when he open the garage door, which it sits alongside a car covered 1975 Corvette that hasn't moved in at least 30 years.
What a waste IMO.
I'm not going to try and change any ones minds on what they should or should not be doing.
I feel bad sometimes for the car, when I feel that I've driving it too much. I'm still working ( for maybe another 6 months ), so I'm commuting with it about 3 - 5 days a week ( back up ride is a 2003 Honda Accord, 178k miles, had since new ).
I plan on driving them both till they can no longer be useful.

It was originally owned by the CEO of a car dealership chain (including a few Chevy/Caddy) in Newfoundland.
It had been service annually...1000km (6oo miles) yearly. I presume it was solely oil changes. Apparently he had a 2019 ZR1 on order then...which he's probably using the same way.
5 years later, I now have 16k miles on it. So, I've averaged 2k/yr.
This car was bought as a toy for me, and frankly, being retired now (a bit of work from home) and I enjoy maintaining, it as well as making a few tasteful upgrades.
But, I simply have few places to go with it that aren't much easier and convenient with one of my other, more practical cars. In other words, to me, its like a "bull in a China" shop to use for errands, being so low and wide for parking and kinda overkill, especially for such short trips.
So, its reserved for more special excursions...a few fun road trips each summer (an exercise in restraint), and a few easy track days (I do trailer it to those events).
While its not deemed as a special, rare type version, it is very special to me, and I'm cognizant that I may be affecting its value by actually enjoying it.
Perhaps more so these days, it being a "last of its kind" type of car...being a manual, and big V8.
But no matter...it was not purchased as an investment (not that mine are great these days!), and the joy it brings when it fires up, and comes to life, makes it very special...an 'event' of sorts. And damn if I'll go through this life depriving myself of that pleasure.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
I also don't baby it too much either. if i wanted a cruiser, this may not have been my first choice. luckily though, it does that chore easily enough too. it's a Corvette, I'm driving it for what it was designed for. without being too much of an idiot of course.
Anyway, a word of caution to all of you lucky low-milers. Yes, it's a great thing to see those low miles, but keep in mind time has still taken its toll. PCV fittings, shrink tubing and seals have all become brittle. Change all fluids, check the vacuum fittings (especially at the booster) and give the AC system a look. Change the cabin filter! It's probably original, and will be full of all kinds of time-based goodies, including possible mouse houses.
Oh - And start driving that thing!
