All things being equal 25K - 27K is a fair price.

I have 05, 1SB which today would be 3LT option package, see prices little lower of base Corvette prices.

Was thinking about possibly selling my 2005 'vert, 1SA, 6-sp, 61K miles & just this week did a search on KBB, Edmunds & Carfax. Numbers coming back for "Private Sale" ranged from $18.5K to $25.2K, so your "ask" of $30K is high.
If you're interested, I'll let mine go for $24K. I can send you pictures & full maintenance details....PM me. As an aside, also searched Carvanna, Car Max & Vroom for a "buy out" price. Numbers came back $16K to $19K.
And I'm also in NJ....
