Default 2007 Corvette

My corvette was rebuilt and I got it 3 weeks ago.So my car was running great earlier this week. Sometimes when driving sporty the vehicle makes a smell but goes away when driving normal. One day after work the vehicle started and I drove to a speed bump and I stopped for a parking vehicle, as I go back to give it gas it doesn't respond instead just rolls back. After stopping behind the bump I put it in park and back into drive and it drove fine. And sometimes between 1 and 2 gear I get stutters not switching gears or delayed switching. [A day it ran fine] [next day]>My driveway is a down ward incline from the street so when I start the vehicle now, it continues to roll deeper in the drive way [when put into drive].I lifted the vehicle in the rear and put it back down. Now when I got back in the car the vehicle moved forward but when I put it back in park and back into drive it had the problem all over again. Is this a low transmission fluid sign possibly or the entire automatic transmission? First car not sure of anything.

You are quite a brave soul. Good luck to you and all the future "what do you think the problem is" entries on this Corvette Forum.
