So after placing order 2/28/2023, and filing dispute with PayPal. This is what I got yesterday, approaching 11 weeks.....
We removed PART9 from order and refunded: $151.40 USD refunded to Coastal Systems, LLC Refund details have been emailed to the buyer Yes, your order is in production and the factory is in CHINA. It takes a minimum of 4 weeks. What sort of update do you need? Has nothing changed? Do we need to send an email daily saying it's still in production?

The domain name says it all IMHO.
Stick with bigger outfits. Not to say their customer service is the best, but the worst feeling is no response then a shitty one showing they do not appreciate your business.

Yep I think he is only one person and awful. Long story short I had to dispute the charge with my cc company and only than they agreed to cancel the order which they never shipped. Stay away. He also works under C8 Motorsports LLC. Same company

Really anyone with a specific car model in their name, or a specific car type, I would steer clear.
From my experience this means they are a small drop shipper and likely have no pull with the manufacturers or wholesalers, so wait times are longer due to lack of volume.

You aren't the first and since Steve is still in business, you won't be the last to have problems. Perform an InterWeb search looking for reviews and you will have plenty to read for about 2 hours. They are not a BBB member, but have a 1 out of 5 star rating.

While I was trying to find a new but discontinued c5 clutch return spring part # 12555205 they were the only ones who appeared to have them in stock. $46 dollars and 2 weeks later I received a counterfeit clutch spring from china part # PPP0199504001 that looks like the GM version but absolutely doesn't work. They haven't responded to any of my emails before receiving or after. They have since deleted the item off their website but I have screenshots of everything.
