Going to change out my wheels on my 05 and want to replace the TPMS sensors while we're doing that. Has anyone used any of the aftermarket equivalent sensors from Amazon/ebay/other, or do I need to stay with AC Delco 25758220?? No issues with the old as we speak.
I ordered OEM ones on rockauto.com, Make sure that you also order the nuts, they don't come with the sensors. Pair that with with the $10 amazon programming tool and you'll be good to go!!
If you use any aftermarket TPM such as Schrader or any other brand.
Ask for Pre-Programmed TPMS,this will make the process much easier.
I have Schrader TPMS in our 2011 GS,they where not pre-programmed.But a local tire store was able to communicate with the Vette.

?? Please expound on this.
Would like to know how a "pre-programmed" sensor knows what wheel location it is installed in.

AC Delco does not make TPMS sensors. Schrader makes them for AC Delco.

This is very important, I stopped going to a tire dealer over this very issue because he did not do his job properly.
Programming (a blank tpms) and learning are two different things, programming means they are able to be "learned" to your specific model car as the same tpms is used in more than one model car. It is important that the tire installer learn them before installing in the wheels in case there is a flaw or unable to learn for some reason.
Using a handheld ATEQ unit that will program the TPM starting with the Left front tire, then the Right front,lRight rear and the Left rear.
Once the TPMs are programmed, with the Vette in the ACCESSORY mode and then simultaneously pushing the LOCK & UNLOCK buttons on the FOB. The next step with the handheld is to hold the unit next to the valve stem is starting with the LF is to record the location. When the horn sounds the sensor is located. Repeat the process with the RF,RR,LR.
That's it in a Nutshell,I my have missed some info as I was an observer.
