Default ABS Issues? Help NEEDED

Context behind this video. It's a 2011 Base LT3, bought it about 8 months ago with some minor issues that I managed to fix myself. The previous owner did some decent modification, brakes, headers, exhaust and camshaft. When I had bought the car, the brakes had just been replaced and everything was good to go, just some minor brake sounds while breaking quickly but nothing out of the ordinary. For the past 3-4 months the ABS has had a lot of issues, specifically activating at low speeds, and while this would occur that sound in the video would happen as well. I've tried taking the car to a few different shops around me and only one found an issue with the right side ABS sensor, which they only "cleaned" for $75. So hopefully if anyone has experienced the same thing, they could point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Sorry for it being a Zip, it wouldn't allow me to use mp4,

The same exact message was happening occasionally on my 2006, would go away for a long spell then come back. I do have a GM VCX Nano, so once the message stayed on, I was able to pull the code and find the issue.I would venture a guess that you might have the same fretting issue with the Steering Wheel Position Sensor (SWPS) connector pins.
Here is my thread of the fix. Good Luck Although the TSB was done on mine (comb installed) it still fretted, this happens on C6 with the telescopic wheel which can stretch the connector. I'm sure your 2011 has the comb, but take the connector apart, clean the pins, reconnect and use zip tie to keep the connector tight.

The brake squeal is likely unrelated to the messages on your DIC. There will be codes stored in the EBCM. You'll need a GM ABS-aware scan tool to retrieve them. A cheap generic code reader won't show anything. Grab the codes and report back.
