I was changing out some Tailight bulbs and saw a green wire cut. It runs up to just right of the rear lock mechanism in the trunk area. Everything works but wondering what it’s for. Thx
That makes sense! Its a factory wire with glue tape that seems factory, as it was supposed to adhere to the underside....mine came loose. Is it for FM or AM? Is this the only antenna wire in rear of car or is there another one? Do I just tape it back up or does it connect (end somewhere). Thank you very much.
Thank you - did some more searches on forum and people have posted that the green wire is for the AM radio only (FM handled with 2 wires elsewhere)......and it simply tapes up under the rear fascia behind tailights....
What is this? Help
