So let's get it back on track. Allen found and purchased a 2008 C6 coupe with 14000 miles that is black, LS3, LT3, automatic trans. Did I get that right?

indeed you did. It’s paid for and they’re shipping it ASAP. 😎

Congratulations! Getting it unloaded will be like getting something off of Santa’s sleigh times 10, I hope that when it arrives, you all are having good weather so you can enjoy it on the road some. Glad this is a car-type happy ending for you! Enjoy.

If you haven’t experienced the Ackerman effect….it will absolutely freak you out! I’ve owned probably 30 cars in my life, many were very nice and I was deep into autocross at one point, raced in the 24 hours of LeMons once so I’m no stranger to cars, but I’ve never heard of or experienced this before. I’ve driven cars across a parking lot without torquing down the lugs accidentally and this sounds and feels exactly like that. Learn something new every day.
SO….long story short, called the dealership, apologized profusely….we’re resigning and having the car shipped.
Congratulations, post up some picks when you get it.
