We had a lot of requests for the PTFE conversion after the tanks were already back up from others who also couldn’t get the drivers line set. So when we pulled the transmission we pulled the tank again and spent some time on R&D with the Fore hat and a stock hat. Full C6 crossover conversion to stainless braided PTFE lines and anodized aluminum fittings for use with Fore fuel hat. OEM kits also available.
Lines are all jig cut to ensure proper length and not cause issues with float clearance.
System is pressure tested before packaging to ensure no leaks at fitting in an area you can’t see. As long as you tighten them.
These kits use color coded fittings for each line so no lines are reversed on connection. All lines are labeled for easy layout.
