Default 2010 Base no start

I know there is a lot of discussion on here and have Been reading for days threw these forms and trying every thing i can to get my car to start and run with no hope .
I have a 2010 Base , auto , super charged , meth injection , secondary fuel pump system , built trans with 3500 stall .
If you push the start button every thing blacks out for about 10 sec then resets , Key fob battery is new , Brand new Optima red top , all grounds have been checked and cleaned , also getting a no communication with the ecm and bcm , i can talk to the transmission and abs .
I am using my snap on modis ultra for scanning , otc break out box to test voltages and ohms .
I have pulled every plug on the car including ecm and bcm cleaned inspected and put back together with diode grease .
When i hit the push button on the car the fuel pump comes on holding 65lbs pressure on the gauge all gauges sweep then it clicks and every thing blacks out .
The fuel gauge , on star and rear view mirror dont work either
It flashes across the dash service fuel system and has the check engine light on .
I pulled all plugs starting with the obd2 port and checked ohms in in all the high speed conductors , every thing is correct .
I can start the car buy jumping the relays in the fuse box and it will only run for a few secs and die ..
All fuses and relays are good or new , starter wires are all tight also ..

Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Not trying to question your ability and knowledge but
With the C6 something as simple as the battery cable connection to the battery post is weird/ difficult/tricky.
It as not a conventional clamp and sometimes you think it's connected and tight but it's not.
If found out first hand and I thought I was pretty good mechanically.

all battery terminals are tight as i dont have the stock battery cables and clamps on the car. It has a set of duel post terminal connectors because there is a second battery located in the rear for the stereo system.

Also when the dash blacks out. The radio and ac/heater fan and system don't go off
