How hard are these lenses to replace? I watched one of your videos on YouTube but it was replacing the entire housing, and there was no sound. It looks like getting the housing out isn't awful, but then what's the process for replacing the lens itself? Is it something a fairly capable DIY'er could do successfully? And if so, I would need 2 Lenses, the gaskets, and the butyl as well to do it right?

it’s not complicated, but it is tedious and can be time-consuming. Took me roughly 2 hours per light.
search YouTube you’ll find several videos how to do it. basically you put it in a warm oven at approximately 200°-220 for 20 minutes until the entire housing is warm. then you carefully pry the old lens off, putting it back in the oven if the housing cools off too much. The hardest part is getting the black sealant out of the plastic channel. Once you get that channel clean, the rest is cake.
I recommend getting the protective film as well. I chose the light smoke film. The film also has UV blocking properties that will keep your lenses looking good for years to come. If the film gets ugly, you just peel it off, clean the old adhesive and replace it.

Here's our DIY video that has been used by everyone:
We offer the service as well. You would need the butyl, but not necessarily the gaskets.
Do your videos not have any sound, or is it only not working for me?
What do you charge to replace the lenses? My car is in the garage all the time, so it could be without headlights with the front end disassembled for a while and not be an issue for me.

No sound, no voice over
We charge $400 for the black sealant and $300 for the gray one - (cost of lenses and shipping is separate charge). You do get free sealant with your order if we do the work.
Zen6 Headlight Lenses Restoration and Upgrade Service for Chevrolet Corvette 2005-2013 C6 Headlights From UMNITZA.com
We supply Zen6 lenses to many restoration shops. Some of them you know, some you don't, and some of you already even have them. But, we also have been doing headlight lens replacements longer than nearly anyone, and it's time we go direct.
They have been the ONLY DOT lenses on the market. Some may claim it, but we have the proof and testing literature to back it up.
Our lenses were prominently featured on one site often referenced on this group, the forums, and a few other places.
You don't have to pay more! Our lens service starts as low as $359 and includes lenses and butyl (shipping and gaskets extra). We have up to 3 different locations we can build the lights for you. There is no need for a core exchange, in most cases, we'll even help you with a discounted shipping label so you spend less money shipping to us than on your own.
Morimoto XB C8 Style lights are good looking light, they are just a better looking light when they color match in Victory Red... here is Matt S's set.
If you want something like this, feel free to reach out/DM/email. We offer clear lens (Zen6) on all Morimoto color match options to make your headlight really pop.
